2/26 KWeiss, Per tech, and pic attached to w/o, 1 belt of the set, was defective, did not have the center groove, on the inside of the belt, cut all the way around, and belt kept coming off the roller. Created an RMA for tech to return belts and ordered a new set of belts.

🔍 Technician Findings
2-26 dt Replaced bottom motor cover. Replaced track piston. Replace the tracks. Upon function testing the unit, the left track would come off the wheel. Unit had proper tension and all guide Wheels were straight. After further examination, one track had a missing groove going down the center. Groove was only cut approximately 3/4 of the way. This was a defective belt. Put back one old gray belt so the customer can  continue to use the stair chair. Advised customer we will return when another belt is received
