The customer provided spare batteries, after which the handheld remote was successfully synced to the exam chair. All functions on the handheld remote are operating normally. The customer inquired about replacing the wireless controller with a wired option. Contacted Midmark technical support, who advised this is possible using the Wired Control Upgrade Kit (P/N 002-10369-00). The customer is satisfied with the wireless control at this time but may consider upgrading to a wired control if issues persist.
