@Brandon Green - You sent an I.T Ticket about this Work Order not being able to put it into Tech On Site. The Work Order history shows you put the Work Order into Serviced status before putting it into Tech On Site or Tech Off Site. I don't see any system error/issue here. We have also not received any other report of a malfunction.
Also, since this Work Order is already in Closed status, no further action is required from I.T. I am closing the ticket.
