01/21/2026 SRobinson- Sent email to kgrutman@ethosvet.com and gave the WO# and advised a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule.

🔧 Work Performed
Consulted Midmark technical support and verified the heating element is fully submerged during fill and the unit is level. Resistance checks of the heating element and temperature sensor were within specifications. Ran a test cycle with two empty sterilization pouches and the unit completed the cycle without errors and pouches were not burned. The door was observed not opening fully during the dry cycle. The door spring was adjusted and the door now opens fully during drying. Technical support advised reducing dry time by five minutes and monitoring pouch condition, adjusting dry time as needed.

Reviewed logged error codes; the most recent four entries were C382 and the fifth entry was C105. C382 indicates the door was opened during a cycle, and C105 indicates the stop button was pressed during a cycle. These errors do not indicate a malfunction during the sterilization process.
