2/19 ARios - I was asked by Rhea Berry to close out this WO. Just for clarification, although the WO has me assigned as the technician, I was not the tech that went out on this service call.
2/18/26 RBerry- Received email from Fantasia Waddell stating: In regards to NOPA, I checked in with the team and they feel comfortable swapping it out on their own. See logged email under notes and attachments.
2/16/26 RBerry- Received chatter: Modern had to get a new vaporizer for this site as the loaner vaporizer was damaged. The vaporizer is shipping today just FYI. I will also let Fantasia know.
Chattered: @Dylan Nakoff Do we need to send another tech out for this one to exchange the new loaner with the damaged loaner?

2-2 ARios -The work order did not provide clarification on the scope of work and only noted that I was onsite the previous week to exchange vaporizers. I reached out to multiple contacts to obtain clarification on the requested task but did not receive a response prior to travel. Dylan later contacted me and explained that the customer was requesting a reevaluation of the anesthesia unit. At that time, I was already halfway home. Per the customer, this is an urgent matter and the work order will need to be rescheduled. FYI, Dylan has since updated the work order to reflect the issue.
