3/2/26 AJinerson - Sent email to Jackie needing to confirm if they have had the wood backing installed yet, and if they are ready to proceed with scheduling return visit for install service.


3/2/26 AJinerson - Called site to see if they are ready to proceed with scheduling. Office was closed at time of call (2:25PM EST) no answer. 


3/2/26 AJinerson - Found WO in "reschedule" status on maps layer, but not pulling on dashboard reports. Per below, we need to schedule return trip on-site once customer has contractor install the appropriate wood backing to proceed with this equipment install.

2/20/26 – E Colon – arrived on site and escorted to area where unit would be mounted. While measuring and drilling the First mounting hole found that studs were metal and not wood as indicated in pre-install survey. The other side of the wall is a different store so a mounting plate will not be able to resolve this issue. Informed customer they would need to get a contractor to install wood backing, and then work order can be rescheduled. Could not install unit today.
