Hours: 8am – 5pm M – TH. Closed on Fridays. This will be Zone 4 Dispatch to the EMSAR, Renton, WA location. It is approx.
6 hours 30 minutes round trip. If a different service location is used, Midmark approval is required before setting up service.
V1155081 - Need to determine if chair is serviceable. The bolts that hold the seat casting to the scissor arm broke. Need to
determine if bolts sheared off inside the flange ring. If the bolts did shear off inside the flange ring and are unable to be
removed, then the chair is not serviceable. The other four chairs, we need to make sure they are stable. Sending bolts for each
chair in case some are missing or sheared off. If bolts are present, tighten as needed. Once tightened, verify function and
stability. For assistance, troubleshooting, or parts identification, contact Dental Tech Service at 844-856-1231. Thank you!
