🔧 Work Performed
Tech started by raising and lowering the cot and heard the screeching noise. Tech started by replacing the mag slide, the mag and the crest springs and noticed that the crest springs were broke and wrapped around the round the center of the mag. After replacing the mag and the mag slide and the springs, tech raised and lowered the cot and heard no screeching noise at all. Tech felt confident that replacing the mag and mag slide along with the replacing of the crest springs and the noise stopping that the cot was fixed. Tech called supervisor, Lawrence, and explained what was fixed to the customer. Supervisor also felt confident with the repair and not replacing any other parts. Other parts ordered, have been removed from this WO. Tech showed the customer, and he was happy that the cot was working and not screeching any more.
