9/12 MOwens Ashley Head called and she said the location for the tech to go to is in Suite 410 at the same address. The tech needs to call her when he gets onsite on 9/15 between 8-9am. Maybe 10 exam chairs to look at.

9-15-25 CTM - Contacted Midmark Teh Support - Technician Jason to trouble shoot the issue. Performed multiple function test on equipment . Everything is functioning properly, after reset Midmark technician said it a connectivity issue with the wireless controls.

9-15-25 CTM - Diagnose issue with wireless connection . Contact POC Ashley Head of findings and recommended solution. Contact Midmark Tech Support.
