9-15-25 CTM - 9-15-25 CTM - Contacted Midmark Teh Support - Technician Jason to trouble shoot the issue. Performed multiple function test on equipment . Everything is functioning properly after reset. Midmark technician said it a connectivity issue with the wireless controls.
