🔧 Work Performed
Swapped cables on footswitch box and verified problem followed the cable normally connected to footswitch activation actuator. Replaced actuator part # 15689. All functions of the table work and unit meets manufacturers standards.

The calf actuator will not work - Found all functions worked except footswitch would not go up or down.

Model: 087 SN: 812868 Description of Equipment Issue(s) and Service(s) Requested: Case 118814 – I will need to speak w FT before they go onsite. The calf actuator will not work. I would like to do trouble shooting prior to parts being replaced as I’m not sure what the failure is. Please FaceTime me on an iPhone so I can see the issue. This is a must. This could be a disconnected cable, a defective control box, a defective actuator, or a hand control issue and I want to ensure we do what is necessary, but not more. Parts tracking # is 88423820394.. Return parts label included – tracking 884303755843. FT is expected to return parts to MPI. They can be left on the dock at facility labeled and packaged, by FT. Please. Sign off sheet will need to be sent to MPI at the time of repair completion. Thank you!
