10/7 MOwens Ashley replied back to the email that she want to wait to schedule the visit after the rest of the parts arrive on 10/17 to complete all 9 chairs. Terry Neal at Midmark responded in the email that that will be ok to wait to complete all the chairs at the same time.

10/7 MOwens Sent email to Ashley Head to respond back so the repair visit can be scheduled.

10/6 MOwens Called to speak to Ashley Head but she didn't answer and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a msg to call back.

10/1 MOwens Called and spoke to Ashley Head. She said she has been in contact with Tommy Whitehead at Midmark and the issue of getting the other 4 chairs added to this dispatch. She will call or email me back once she has a update from Tommy.

9/30 MOwens Called to speak to Ashley Head. Left a vm for her to call back to schedule the repair visit.

9/26 JToups: Called POC to schedule return call. However, MidMark has not added the additional 4 tables to the SRA that she wants covered. She asked that we postpone scheduling until she clears this up with MidMark, which I agreed to.
