12.19 returned to install new main board. Installed, calibrated, tested with success. Show staff results.
11.3 This is the second chair that the staff has directed me to. It is broken, the back function works but not the base and when switching the base/back cables the back button doesn't work. Main board needed. Called Tami, biomed for site and we determined that the SN is incorrectly called in. Changing SN with Midmark.
