10-30 Mburris called site and set appt with Tamara Colon
🔧Work Performed
12.19 replaced main board, calibrated, tested with success, BUT. hand control UP will not work. swapped with 2 other hand controls and foot control and chair works. Contacted Tami about ordering new hand control.
11.3 Upon arvl tried switching base and back movement connections and tried moving the back with the base button. it passed, but moving base with back button failed. Main board issue. needs replacement. 002-10083-02
