I just spoke with Amanda Fishback regarding SR 1481554. The service company has been trying to schedule service, but when I spoke with Amanda this morning, she mentioned that they haven’t received all the necessary parts.
I am showing that you ordered 1 WIRELESS CONTROLS, NON-PROG, LINEAR, FIELD INSTALL, but Amanda is stating that there are 5 units, and not all parts have arrived. The SO number is 8666995.
Could you please provide an update so I can inform the service company of the status?
I have looped in Chuck at EMSAR.
