manufacture: PANNOMED Mdl: 752.522 SN#14-62070102 Evaluated unit and found the table top is adjustable and should slide but it is missing the slide tensioners. Adding pics to WO for further part identification. 9/17 New Knobs installed. Functional testing passed. This unit is ready to return to service.
